Acoustic signals¶

Startup and shutdown

System shuts down for poweroff or for reboot: four descending beeps
Boot process is completed successfully: four ascending tones

system online and offline

System is online: one low beep followed by a high one
System is offline: slow high beep, low beep, low beep
